All the boxes we use on our deliveries are recycled/reused or USC certified ♼
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
- All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Orders are not shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays.
- If we have a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days.
- Please wait for shipments in transit. If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you by email.
Shipping and delivery fees
Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery in remote areas that have a higher cost at checkout will be handled by email, to be forwarded to another carrier. Tracking number sent by email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Chapada Eco Cork is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Goods and Product Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at chapadaecocork@gmail.com with photos and a description of the damage. Chapada Eco Cork is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
